Anyone over the age of 16 may apply to join a market if they have suitable produce to offer or help with the organisation and management. Each person producing must pay a membership.
Payment must accompany the completed application form, available from the office or your local market. Applications are taken on a regular basis.

Producers like all owners, have certain obligations to their market.
1. They must supply produce to the standard which comply with statutory regulations.
2. Help with the set up, tidying up and the general runningof the market.
3. Turn up in good time, at least 3/4 of hour before the market is due to open with the produce ready for display and sale.
4. Ensure all producers have an equal opportunity to put out on display for sale all their produce.
5. Attend your market regular, if unable let someone know you are not coming.
6. Attend your own Market A.G.M.
7. Attend the Company A.G.M. and when possible all other organised classes or courses.
8. Always be polite to the customer, and help create a happy atmosphere within the market.
9. New producers must always be made welcome, they should be at ease and help in the early days of producing.
