8oz (200g) digestive biscuits

2 tablesp coffee essence

3 tablesp ground almonds

4oz ( 100g) icing sugar

small tin condensed milk

butter icing
Crush biscuits in blender Add all other ingredients and mix together. Divide roll in half and roll each half to approx. 8" x 4" Make butter icing and spread evenly over each half. Roll as for a swiss roll. Ice with melted chocolate.
